    They are either Dungeness or Red Rock, but I think Dungeness. You have to throw back all females and any males under 6.25 inches. And no I did not know this, but looked it up. Found out the Red Rock are smaller but also very tasty. Makes me want to get a boat and some crab pots. Crab, dipping butter and a manly beer ( You know, none of that water being passed off as beer). Maybe I should have posted this thread over in The Cook Shack?
