Made some pork tacos tonight using the end caps of the pork loins I smoked a couple of week ends back.
I diced up the pork and tossed them with a little oil and water. To season I used some McCormick White Chili seasoning. I like the cumin taste it has, adds a nice flavor.
We had some corn tortillas that we needed to use up, so we deep fried those into soft shells.
