Chas Jones' Method of Using a 3-Wheel Buffing System

Chas Jones sent me a link to short but informative tutorial he wrote about using a triple wheel (or triple mop, as the Brits would say) buffing system. He has graciously offered it here for our use and education, too. It is formatted as a pamphlet, since a UK supplier is using it to send to customers.
