Nice job, Tony. I think I like turning the acrylics as much or better than wood. It's more predictable, and there's no need to apply a finish. And the end result is nice. :thumb:

I like the colors, so do the kids....... Took a while to get the hang of turning acrylics -- don't ask how many I broke / melted / otherwise ruined before I got a combination of tools / speed / technique that works for me. I especially like not requiring a finish, just run 'em through the grits and polish 'em out.

Looking at the penturners forum, guess I'm not the only one. Doesn't seem to be a set method, appears everyone has their own combination and style that works for them.

Almost out of acrylic blanks..... so I'm back to wood for while until I order more.
