Popular Woodworking & a Family Woodworking Member

I just picked up the December 2013 issue of Popular Woodworking from the mailbox. As I browsed through the issue I noticed a letter from a Rennie Heuer of Nampa, Idaho. He was asking about installing glass in the Stickley mantle clock from their December 2008 issue. Is this just a coincidence or could this be the same Rennie Heuer we all know? Is it possible that there exists two Rennie Heuers, both from Idaho, that just built a Stickley mantle clock?

Heck, the answer to that is easy. It is a Stickey clock, just press the glass against the sticky.

If you need to know any more, don't hesitate to ask.

    Enjoy,

Jim, you always come up with practical solutions to problems. You made me laugh very early in the morning, when I am usually grumpy.

Guilty as charged. I must ad that Glen Huey, the managing editor, was very gracious and patient with my questions. We exchanged several emails and he even followed the build here on FWW. It was very nice of him to take time from his busy day to help me along.

Maybe if you slept in a bit later you wouldn't be so danged grumpy?

I could try that but no matter how late I go to bed, I always wake up early. Must be an age thing.
