Portable heavy duty workbench and building a box

I ran across this while visiting a welding forum that I am a member of. If you go to this web address, half way down the page or so is a heavy duty metal working bench that is easily able to lift and roll around, would take tons of weight literally.
The other, the box keep going down and it is a u tube video of Adam Savage off of Mythbusters and he is building a display box for a prop gun. But man it is a beautiful box design that could incorporate anything, a special knife, could even be a utility box. Kind of long but very interesting discussions going on throughout the video, little hints on products, glue, weathering, papers, etc.
I found some things quite helpful and interesting. See what you think.

God and family, the rest is icing on the cake. I'm so far behind, I think I'm in first place!
