Cut the bottom off of a 5 gallon bucket, pour about 2 inches of simple green let soak about 1/2 and hour and a soft bristle brush will remove it all. Thats what I've been doing to mine for years.
I have found that taking a small bowl and inverting it in a wash tub, sitting my blade flat on top then filling the tub with very very hot water. (doesn't need to be boiling)
with the dado set you could use a 5 gal pail and spacers between them so you can get them all at once. let them soak for a few minutes in the hot water and it loosens almost all the build up making it easy to clean with a stiff bristle brush. no chemicals
Finally found some Lestoil yesterday at Ace. Soaked it all for 15 min. or so and it came out clean with a little bit of elbow grease and scrub pad. Thanks again for the help everyone. (sorry for the blurry cell phone pics)
