A Gift For Me

A question if I may, What is that yellowish thing on the floor behind you on your picture, it looks like some sort of sculpture. What material is it? It really intrigues me. :huh:

Well I didn't mean to draw attention to the birthday part, the big 70, just as soon forget! But thank you.

The item behind the chair is a plaster figurine of a dog. It is our monument to the dog in the picture below. It was my wife's first dog. I bought for her when we were engaged ( paid $1 for him at the dog pound and got 2 free cans of dog food with him). He was with us for around 12 years, and was just an awesome dog. Just a mutt. Anyway after he died, we can across this likeness and bought it in honor of him.
