    Happy St. Patrick's Day

In celebration of some cleric who may or may not have also been a snake charmer centuries ago, let's drink cheap green beer and wear silly hats. Who's with me?

In celebration of the day, here's a video from a few years back made by a couple of my band mates, back when they were still just an acoustic duo:

Listen closely to the lyrics, Rob. It may make you re-think that beer.

Before you criticize someone, you should walk a mile in their shoes. That way, when you criticize them, you're a mile away and you have their shoes.

Nope Although the effect on my arthritis has made me think twice about beer. But not on St. Patricks day.

If your head and hands and legs are chopped off, how are you going to pick up the beer and where are you going to put it

Not being a beer conisuer (too much beer---I cannot spell it) I say, "Pour it back in the horse."

    Enjoy,

In a talk about genealogy the speaker said, "Bradley. The most bastardized Irish name." Nuff said.

Well - I wore a greenish shirt today

    I sorta thought about Irish

Made a couple of Irish comments.

Tonight I made Corned beef and cabbage - Have not had that in - uh - maybe since I was a kid? I don't remember ever making it before - uhh - but then again there is a LOT of stuff I don't remember.

Didn't eat it tonight - but a did a fair bit of sampling. It is goooooodddd!!

Well truth be known, we do the official day of corned beef/cabbage/carrots. But the real joy is several days of endless Reuben sandwiches on rye with Swiss cheese, sauerkraut and Thousand Island dressing. No diets this week.
