Well, Canjo, to be more specific...
I met up with Carol for lunch today as she heads back home with her new tractor, and got a chance to play an authentic Frog Pond Guitars Canjo. (Do not accept any substitutes!) Carol grabbed this shot of me going all Van Halen in the parking lot of the restaurant.
I did also play "Oh Susanna" for her. I figured that was a more appropriate tune, considering the origins of the instrument. Jay (Mr. Frog Pond hisself) uses only the finest materials in the manufacture of his instruments.
It was great seeing Carol again today. We had a nice lunch and great visit, and I'm here to tell you she picked up a sweet-looking tractor. The previous owner took very good care of Big John, and it shows.
