    Special Tribute

My best pal is getting old and going down hill. I've been wanting to make something out of wood to remember him by. So I put a picture on a scroll saw forum to see if one of the pattern makers would make a pattern from it. I received a beautiful pattern a few minutes later. I started this last nigh and finished this a.m. I liked the pattern so well I think I will make a little bigger version and put his name, Alex, under it. But, this my first run on it. Put tears in my eyes cutting it out. He is a wonderful dog.

Great tribute, Paul. Give your pal a pat on the head for me!

Nicely done Paul! I really like how the lines on that came out. Will definitely be nice to have a remembrance.

Wow, great piece Paul and give him a scratch from me. I've actually got a pic of mine that I converted to a stained glass version, will probably make it after she's gone.

That was a great idea Paul. I'm glad you had the resources to get a pattern like that.

    Enjoy Alex while you can.
