Yeah, I have to admit, pork doesn't look very pretty in that state.

My wife asked me this morning if I left any out or if I froze it all. After smelling it all day long I have to admit that I've usually had all I can stand, so of course I froze it all. Lucky for her I seal it in the food saver bags and it's only 30 minutes to boil some back up to temp.
