This is the text from the Email I received Looks like quite a project!

The owner turned down just under $10,000.00 on eBay. I don't blame
him. It's got to be one of a kind and, therefore, worth a lot more than
$10,000. Beautiful Custom-Built 2009 Wooden Car. If it was mine I

would be asking at least $30,000.

This custom wooden car rides on a 1986 Toyota truck frame and gets power
from a Chrysler 318 engine. It is driven by an automatic transmission and has
merely 1,800 miles on its speedometer. The whole body is made of cedar and
its interior is just as over-the-top as the exterior.

Everyone needs a hobby, I guess.
Finally a use for red cedar.
Probably never have to worry about
Moths eating the upholstery.

Nice wheels.

I wonder how mandatory insurance requirements are met on it. Or maybe North Carolina doesn't have mandatory insurance requirements on cars.

Imagine the agent trying to write the policy. "Ummmm...no...I don't think termite damage is covered under comprehensive coverage..."

A no injury car crash happened out on the highway they had a great weenie & marshmallow roast as one of the cares was made of wood. There were a few splinters removed from the people involved in the crash but nothing serious. No one went to the hospital.
