New to the forum and new to the jointer

    Folks,

I just recently have joined your forum after a few weeks of getting to know it and am in need of some help. I have just yesterday been in receipt of a Walker Turner Model 6520-1 6" Jointer and unfortunately no operator's manual and was wondering if anyone know's of a website, place, etc... that I can get my hands on one? I have the manual that breaks all the parts down but no operator's manual. I appreciate any and all your help on this and look forward to the insight that all of you have on this forum. Thanks again

    Todd,

Welcome to the family. It's the best place in the world to get your woodworking questions answered. From what I hear, they aren't too bad at food and music questions. I am on a diet so paying attention to food to drool over questions and answers does not appeal to me. As for music, my youngest son, Glenn, says I am musically challenged. Myrna, my wife says I am the only person she ever heard that could sing on line in 3 keys. You guessed, I don't pay too much attention to the musicians either.

Come, enjoy, do not be bashful, ask your questions, answer someone else's questions when you know an answer. If you hang back you will never get to really know us and we will be deprived of ever, really knowing you.

    Enjoy,
    JimB
