    it pays to ask

    I just ordered three small parts from The Beverage Factory for the tap handles I am making for my son. Total cost was under $9.00 but shipping was over $14.00. I dialed and asked for a sales person and asked him if that could be done cheaper. Yep. Now, under $4.00.

    Wow, yeah $14 seems excessive for those ferrules. I ordered mine with some other supplies from there, otherwise I'd probably have shopped around at those shipping prices. Good to hear they adjusted it for you.
