    1/4 Radius Bullnose Router Bit

    Does anybody know where to get a 1/4 radius router bit? I can find full radius and half radius bits but nobody seems to make a 1/4 radius bit. What I am looking for is a bit to cut the curved edges on Lincoln Logs.
    In the diagram below the specifications for the bit I am looking for are;
    Radius=5/32, BN Dia.= 5/8, Depth=Doesn't matter.

    Part of your problem may be terminology. A bull nose is rounded like half a circle. For Lincoln logs I believe you want an oval edge or "half bull nose". What are the dimensions of the "logs" that you want to profile. For a 1/2" tall log (flat side to flat side) a Whiteside 1474 would work. Larger bits would give an even gentler curve.

    My go to joint for router bits is usually MLCS. Try this.
