    Distressed Paint?

My wife is looking to paint something with the distressed look. Anybody have a good site to help her along?

Why does your wife have a distressed look? Tell her to cheer up when she's painting! This site might help her along if she's distressed:

Sorry, Brian...I couldn't resist. I've seen a few articles online about distressed painting, but can't recall where I've seen them. Google had several promising hits on "distressed paint". I'm sure others here will be of more help.

If you lived with me you would be distressed too

I checked google and didn't find much with pics and play by play action.

No, it's going to be an item that has a regular smooth finish.

If you can find someone who paints like it do, it will be easy.
    Everything I paint looks distressed.
