I'm all aboard that thought 
..... I laugh at how my Sister & B.I.L. drive their neighbors nuts with the old cast iron bell we gave them for a home warming gift{they live on Lake Huron Mi} I can just imagine the fun this would be {besides the cooking fun}

Well darn, there was one very similar, a little bigger, sitting on a flatbed truck for sale this summer in our little town. I don't know it is was steam or not.
