    sketchup 15 trouble installing

    on the old shop puter used to different emails and still says that prerequisite arent meet and not completely installed components? am trying to run it on windows XP ?? is that the problem?

    The Trimble website says they removed support for windows versions prior to Win7 in SU2015.

    Larry, I only just saw this now. Looks like you've got the answer though.

    Sketchup 2015 requires an operating system that is still being fully supported by Microsoft or Apple.

    well i quess i had it trouble shot and so to go to use house puter for info and chngs and then print.. have 8 on shop puter is there a way to save back to version 8?

    Larry, you can save back to SU8 if you want. Use File>Save as... and then in the file type (below the file name) choose SketchUp 8.

    thanks dave havnt went in to look so will do that tonight,, thanks.. gonna have to update this shop setup someday
