    A close second: Using a ROS hooked up to a shop vac to sand taped drywall joints in a bathroom, noticing it's very dusty, then discoveringwhen you're done that the filter has fallen off and is sitting at the bottom of the vac.

    yeah nothing like some "shop bloopers"
    suffice it to say it was a bit cloudy in there for a few minutes.....
    Vaughn I cleaned out a fireplace with a shopvac one time.. back in the days before they had filters that wouldnt stop anything smaller than a chunk of gravel... the ashes passed right through it....
    Worst part was I borrowed it from work and didn't think to clean it all out.. my boss was less than pleased when he used it to clean the office...
