    ice is your friend

Ice is your friend , after 2 weeks the pain is localized around the knee cap where the reconstruction was done. I am using the electric ice machine. 20 on 45 off. Getting through this .
I had the doc sign off of my handy cap tag application and he looked at me and said you wossie , something like that. Lol. Then he said when we going turkey hunting. He's cool, he's done my shoulder 3 times and scoped my knees 4 times. Plus he hunts.
I'll get off here, just rambling, oxycodone kicking in .......

I dream a lot. I do more painting when I'm not painting. It's in the subconscious.
