    My Shop Time Lately

Here's what I've been doing with my shop time lately (if I actually had a shop set up). In this pic I'm in the process of finding the highest note known to man, using the high E string and a glass slide.

I also dream of a shop with north light where my hands can be busy, my soul rest and my mind wander...

The same night that the photo above was taken, Edric was playing his first gig since the accident at another bar in town. (The place we played the week before.) He has to sit in a chair to play, but he's walking and only using a cane part time. One of his shoulders is still messed up (and always will be), but he's made a remarkable recovery.

Ahhh, a true turner at heart...if you're not turning out bowls, you're turning out tunes...and I'm almost positive, that with that stage presence, you turn a quite a few heads as well

    Vaughn,

That is about 20,000 cycles per second for good ears. The bottom is about 16 CPS for good ears.

Go ahead and screech. While you are at it
    Enjoy,
