The electric would be just fine, most of the stuff they make here is 50/60 cycle rated as half the country is 50 and half is 60. It is all 100 volt, but that much difference on a universal motor makes no difference at all.

That's up to $110 though.. Hmmm... That's actually still a really good price.. Not $20 good but way way better than anything I've seen locally. I'll have to think about that some but maybe we can work something out.

We put some 10x10 timbers in our house during the remodel. I just marked on 3 sides with a speed square where the cut was to be, fired up the chainsaw with a good sharp chain and cut them.

I've missed the 16" Makita via CL a couple times before. I think it is the same one, that has been going around but the cheapest I saw it was $30.
I do have a couple Bigfoot saws (only 10" blades), but one of them is setup for use with my track.
