    Quickie website

I slapped a quick website together.

I know it needs a lot of work - don't they all?

    www.leosworkshop.com

I need to get started in this if I plan to retire with at least something.

Good start!! Looks a lot better than mine and I'm already open for business. I've got to hire someone to build one once I get some more product photos which means I need more product which means I need to get to work!

Looks good, Leo. The editor in me saw a few things...I'll send you a PM to explain.

Nice and simple and to the point. I like it and you already have a nice portfolio in your gallery

Nice looking site Leo. Might consider a link to your how-to's (youtube) at some point.

    Leo,

Looks like you've designed it to be mobile friendly, which was going to be my one suggestion, so you're doing good there!

(I used a google tool to check: https://www.google.ca/webmasters/tools/mobile-friendly/
which also has links to talk about mobile design, if anyone else is curious.)

I spent MONTHS of my spare time overhauling my own website to be mobile-friendly (wordsnwood.com ) and I probably did not get all of it. I had 10 years of hand-written web pages to sort through.

You might also want to sign up with Google analytics -- then you can track things like how much of your traffic is on phones/tablets/desktops, Demographics of your visitors, and so on.
