    New Machine?

I am in contact with Annie Shen at CNITECH Jinan Qichen CNC Router Co.

    So far:

    1300 x 1300 x 254

    NEMA 34 1237 oz-in

    Yako Drive (the good stuff)

    HiWin Rails

4.5 kw (about 2-3 hp) water cooled ER-25 spindle (can hold 1/2 shank tools - whooo hoooo)

    Mach 3

    Rack and Pinion drives

    $4677

    Shipping to Boston -- $528

    Need some more info

Maybe to add a rotary axis???

Need to do some comparison to competitive machines and to build your own

Nice thing about already built is - I don't gotta build it - I can sell the hardware I have - time to running is a LOT shorter, I can claim some warranty stuff if the need arises.

MAN - this is getting close.

I am pretty sure the CNC routerparts machine will be the same ballpark. Carol - what do you estimate the final cost to be?

No not yet - I need to get that stuff.

Also moving it from Boston to my shop 50 miles away.

I will contact my rigger tomorrow.

I am estimating the end cost to be around $6500 (installed and running)

My savings account is a little under $5000

I may be able to find the extra $1500

    Anybody need a sign?
Know anybody that needs a sign?

I think I will get some leads from the New Bedford sign.

One more decent sign will get me there.

Power is not taken. It is given. Who have you given yours to? Hmmmm?
