    issue with an e-mail

I received an e-mail yesterday that is causing me problems.
The domain and subject looked suspicious to me so I tried to move to junk and delete.
No go. It will not delete and will not move to junk. When I try all sorts of virus warnings pop up.
The subject says something about a payment received and I need to open the attachment to view my receipt. Of course, I didn't open the e-mail or the attachment. The domain is from the UK.
I have run my anti-virus utilities and it is still there.
Stumped. Dunno wat to do. This thing is obviously bad news and I want to zap it.
    Any ideas?

Thanks. I'll try it. But, I have to wonder how many "anti" utilities I can have and use on one computer. Oh, well.
