    Day 5 Post op

First chance to get to the computer.

Today the pain set in - really big time, so kind of loopy from the meds.

Out of bed and in a chair for dinner. Some PT. Long day.

Here until at least Tuesday (holiday weekend) and then off to skilled nursing center for a while to get my feet under me.

Thanks so much for your support. Now I asked the Boss for a normally functioning pancreas and cellular structure to not block insulin. Gotta aim high.

Sorry to hear about the pain, but it will pass in time. Glad to hear things are progressing in the right direction. Thanks for the update.

    Hi Carol,

I think of you often. If wishes were horses everyone would ride---and you would be at the head of the crowd.

Enjoy all you can with that wonderful positive attitude that you have.

Glad to read about some progress. Hoping it continues.
