    Beer bottles

These aren't you everyday beer bottles.

I turned these at my son's request, for a game which involves knocking beer bottles off a post with a frisbee. They are a little shorter than a standard beer bottle, because the piece of curly maple I was using was a little too short to accommodate two. I turned them in one piece, with the bottoms together, and separated them after they were stained and finished. Matt is going to put crown caps on them, and get some labels from a friend who owns a brewery.

That is also, "seriously" funny. I'll bet he has a blast with them.
