    Saturday Update

Started with a very sore back. Got some electrical stimulation which helped a lot. PT went well. 140 steps on the walker before my arms gave out. 3 sets of reps 3 times, 10 minutes on the cycle, bouncing balls and tapping balloons while standing. PT/OT report was excellent. Best news - O2 saturation is holding well.

    Onward!

I am always so pleased to read your good progress reports. Lucy in peanuts was always wanting more, "Ups." You sound like you are working hard to get yours. More power to you lady.

Or if they help, 90 proof is okay -- in moderation of course

My parents taught me to respect my elders, but it's getting harder and harder to find any.
