    Pine plate

This is my first attempt at a plate, and I think it turned out OK. The perspective seems to be a bit messed up in the photo, but the rim is flat and about 1/4" above the centre.

My sister in law said it was 'absolutely lovely', so I gave it to her.

Nice job. Just a suggestion, next one give a little slope to the rim towards the center of the plate.

Phil is my very best friend! I am so blessed with him. Love him and his wife. Yesterday he made me a scratch stick out of maple. Really handy! And he would wear a bowl!

Great job, Roger! I go with Paul's suggestion on the slope to the rim. That would give it more room for food or whatever. But, as it is it would make a great display dish in my humble opinion!
