a good reuse of a prior project

a few years ago, my sister had me make a closet insert. it had to fit a 6 ft by 6 ft space. in the bottom third, it had 8 drawers, and a cubby for 12 pair of shoes. the middle third was divided, with adjustable shelves on the right, and a place to hang clothes on the left, with a pair of raised panel doors. the top part was divided into three, an open area in the middle, with closed areas on each side, each with a pair of raised panel doors. well, earlier this year, she decided that she didn't need it, and scrapped it. i found a good reuse for the eight drawers.

yup, and i didn't have to build a cabinet for them, just used the bottom braces that were there, and a pair of side panels from the insert.

It's great to repurpose items. Working on using up 10 drawers I scrounged from a church remodel. These are 3/4 inch BB
made great with full KV drawer slides. Now have to get "stuff" to fill them up (not).
