Osprey CNC

Now we talking. Thats the kind of speed i need to be dabbling in cnc with my level of patience. Way to go Leo as Don says you got a real deal there and I dont see that table top being any issue from the looks of the cut on the Diane sign. Depth looks even across the surface and i would think that rubber stuff would prevent slippage. looks like easy clamping hold down system.

Spindle is not only quieter but also a more acceptable noise to live with. I guess the higher the frequency the less our human hearing responds to it. You may want to think of your dog though.

I am very happy for you. BTW if you dont need the coin keep the second machine for being able to produce parts that you might be fitting to a base sign. Will help with productivity if you can have the two going at same time.

I dont know how you manage to leave your shop and go to work. LOL Thanks a ton for all the videos and info Leo much appreciated.
