4 Jaw chuck runout

Well I just ordered a htc100. I figure since its Amazon I can return it easy enough if it's not good. But all the reviews are good so I think I will like it.

That's great info, Mike. I guess I've been out of the turning loop for a while.

I've heard, but don't know for sure, that the Grizzly chuck is a Vicmarc copy. Can anyone confirm that? (that's the chuck brand I use and like best.) Vicmarc makes three sizes so it may be a copy of the smaller one. I know Vicmarc makes 1 1/2 inch adapters because I have one. I also have an older Axminster which the new HTC is based on according to the guy who sells them. It is also a great chuck. Let us know you have any issues with the HTC.

I got the htc. I like it a lot. Much more solid than the grizzly.
