    Simply Yew

    Just a basic little bowl but the tree did its best , pity the colour contrast and variation will fade with time.

    I really like the shape of the bowl. That grain pattern is really nice. I don't know that I have ever seen any yew. I have heard of it, though. Nice job.

    Fantastic little bowl. I love the edge treatment, that slightly inclined rim with the crisp edges really sings on that form. It is indeed unfortunate that the figure will fade, but the form will live on
