That does look like a cool fun project.

Hmmmmm - I can't help it - my head works this way.

How cool would it be to throw a 1/2 sheet of plywood on my machine and cut out all the parts and make kits for sale?

Would the plywood setup be rigid enough for most uses? It actually seems like it might be easier and more robust to slap something together out of some 80/20 extrustions and ought to be close to the same weight?

Mine is made from mdf, so the right plywood should be fine.
 
I have enough steppers currently to build either 2 of 3 of those.

I have enough projects to last a lifetime.

I just got a request to build a kitchen Island - but that's for money.

I will toss this great idea on top of the project pile and see where it lands.
