    Update on Wood Acquisition

I think acquisition is probably a good word for it. Over the past few days I have hauled in several tons of elm and pecan. The first photo shows the pecan first and elm just past it. The elm includes the wood I showed before. The pecan is just about all new wood brought in today. Just piled it and will sort it later as I was getting tired and wanted to end the day. I ain't gonna bore you all with any more photos from this project which is not done, by the way. I'm about 1/2 way through it. Maybe a bit more than that. Hard to say.

Thanks, guys! Before I start cutting and hauling again I have to get these sorted and off the ground on timbers and such. Lot's of fun. Not really. The fun is felling the trees, bucking, hauling, which leads to the turning. The sorting is a pain. Oh, well. The price we pay.
