Thanks guys. I realize I can't get Tokyo or SOCO prices in East Tennessee. I guess the reason for asking is I'm tired of underpricing myself.

Well then raise your prices until you stop getting jobs. Then lower your prices a bit.
OR
Price this piece higher than you think you should by 15%. If that flies, price your next piece 30% higher than you think you should. Keep going up until you start losing too many jobs.
There is a point where you lose work, HOWEVER, you don't lose enough work to cut your net profit. That is the point that you need to find for your particular area. It is not the number of jobs you lose, it is the number of $$$.
If you are willing to do the best job that is practical for the particular job, never cheat a customer, never lie to a customer, etc. the above method will get you to the best, real price for your area; that is what you are looking for.
Think about this: If you are going to dentist Jones and you have to pay the bill, you bitch about the bill to your spouse but you pay it because you want Jones and his quality. Not only will you pay it, you will pay it (and probably more) and go back to him. People seem to do that for almost everything, art work, haircuts, pubs, pedicures, movie theaters, restaurants, etc.
