    Iwo Jima display

Lucas is a HUGE WW2 buff. I have a cousin in the Navy that was stationed in Japan until recently. I was talking with him one day on the net and just happend to mention how much Lucas is a WW2 buff. He said he was going to Iwo Jima for training and asked if Luke would like some sand from their. I said heck yes he would! So several months ago Lucas got a package. I thought it was time to make a proper display case. It's QS white oak stained. I have one coat of finish on and need several more. Here's a picture.

Cool all round John. I think the memory of the guys who were involved should never be allowed to be forgotten. Well done for preserving it.
    cheers
