plaque for pastor's wedding anniversary

decided to do this last week, and it is a nice way to use up an odd bit of white oak. i'm going to finish it pretty much the same as the state fair cribbage board, but not as dark. cut and planed it today. a bit more sanding tomorrow.

now there will be 2. sanded and dyed the one for the pastor, and my wife reminded me of our other friends whose anniversary was almost on the same day. thiers will be cherry.

while i was working on other stuff, i got the cnc work going on these. got them to the point of applying the gel stain.
