    Does any know where I can get this book in the US? I can get it from WORKSHOP SUPPLY in Canada but they want too much for shipping.

    You were converting the total to US dollars? Converted the total (including shipping) comes out to $20.83 USD ($27.40 Cad = $20.83 USD). I did some googling, and bing, and yahoo, but didn't see the book anywhere else.

    Edit: Interesting, I changed the currency to USD on their site and the prices were not consistent with the current CAD to USD rates.
