    Mid-Century Modern?

How about a pair of bedside tables? Based loosely on one dated to 1953.

Very nice, but legs remind me of school desks in HS. I might like them better with maybe with the simple dowel legs that taper down to the angled metal feet. Then again, it may be just a bad memory on my part.

It's probably an age or location thing.

The original I used as inspiration had vertical steel pipe legs. I decided to try the hairpin legs instead. i think they make it look more like the case is floating.
