Word of caution make sure to use gloves and follow instructions.

I use this in my blade cleaning bath from Rockler, got it as a Xmas present years ago.

Kit from Rockler comes with cleaner but the LV stuff is way better.

Hope you got your Xmas gifts on track, not many days left.
I got a ways to go yet.

I use Lestoil® liquid cleaner in a WalMart pie carrier. Soaking for just a few minutes, then brushing lightly takes all the 'gunk' off. Cheap, too. I've been using the same quart of Lestoil® for several years.

I tried LA Totally Awesome when one of those guys out west mentioned it some time ago. The price is right, it works better and quicker than anything else I've used and it's totally safe.

I mix it about one part to three parts of water and it cleans a blade very nicely.
