Flip stops

So, I got a drill press top kit that used t-tracks for stuff. It came with some flip stops to use in the t-track, but due to user error, I managed to break both of them. They are made out of plastic of course and well, they want like 10$ each for replacements.

So, I spent about 20 minutes today and using some digital calipers and sketchup managed to create a replacement model.

Takes about 2 hours a set to print out, but I'll be darned, they seem to be pretty close. I'll need to do a little sanding, and instead of using plastic nubs, I decided to use 1/8" rod to hold the pieces together.

Now this 3d printer is starting to show some value....
