These are starting to look really really good Darren.
Personally I think some of the small flaws add a lot of character and wouldn't strive to hard to completely eradicate them.
I can see some lamps in the future! And maybe a jewelry box or two with a back lit lid Just in case you were running low on projects
Might be a good time to think about mounting a spool holder that doesn't hang up....
Forget the night light, how about a nice wooden lamp and shade design with place to set the curved panels in and make a multi panel lamp of the whole family.
Says i that cannot do Cad design. Lol
The potential is just mind blowing.
I found that if I make the minimum layers a little thicker I wasn't seeing the light spots. I also started adding a border to the panes. Here is the first curved one.

I also included a night light clip on the back of this one.
Not sure I'm following you. Most night light diffusers wrap around the light as this does.I would think having the curve the other way would work better, no?
