I had mentioned over in my Lithophane thread about repairing my cooling nozzle that got knocked off and melted the walls on.

I did the repair using one of these 3d printing pens, which is hand held and you can control the speed at which the filament comes out. When I first saw them I had thought that they would be pretty useless for my abilities, since I can't write my name the same way twice. However, after getting the printer and seeing minor flaws in my prints, I had wanted a way to fix them. Well, this was just the thing, since I could put a piece of the same filament into the pen to do repairs, even use it to join small parts together that were printed separately. It has proved to be $20 well spent.

The thing that I've found never ends is the printing of upgrades!

I've used the pen and was actually surprised at how it works. The filament does cool off really quick as it exits though, so not exactly like hot glue.
