a picture perfect gift

i was surprised today with a large box from california,, recognized the name and address but not he reason or what for..? any way this box contained 2 wonderful frames that were picture perfect.. made this ole fellar grin as well.. thanks Glenn for the special gift and making my day the greatest.. as you can see his miters are way off!!!:)

I bet it was flat when you brought it there, it just got all curled up due to all those earth quakes they have:) VERY nice frames...even those 45's:)
 
There was just no way I was gonna let Larry haul that chunk of maple all the way to the left coast in his bags without gettin' him back a bit. I've still got a good section left and the wife was really eyeing those frames as I was packing them up. I was lucky to get 'em outta the house. I've got a feeling a couple more hit the honey-do list and I'll be happy to make 'em. That is some beautiful maple to work with.
