Extinct Click Pen

I haven't been able to turn anything since November due to some slight injuries to my right labrum, torn quad and a torn groin muscle.

I have this customer (former boss) who is slightly hard on pens and I've been sitting on this for a few months before finding another click pen. This is his third pen as the other two, the click mechanism broke. Tried to talk him into a Long Clicker but he likes this style. Told him it is the last one I could find.

I personally don't stabilize my stash of Buckeye Burl as I use a water thin concoction of Acetone and 3mm acrylic sheet Cyro brand Acrylite framing grade acrylic sheet which is fully impregnated with UV inhibitors which filter 98% of UVA & B wavelengths.

I apply the impregnating solution in two or three coats and then turn , sand to 320 finish with Tri-M-Ite polishing papers and then a coat of PastiX polishing compound.
