Canister Lids

A friend of my wife's has these tin canisters with plastic lids. The lids have broken and been taped together. I was asked to make some new lids. These are from cherry. Haven't settled on a finish yet. Should last longer than the plastic ones. There are 3 canisters, they fit into a kind of lazy susan sort of thing to form a circle.

I would say your lids look better than the original well done. Especially in our throw away society.
