Jan came to me with a small rollaround cart had a damage basket for its top shelf. She wanted a small box to replace the basket to make it more usable. This is what I came up with. Just a scrap piece of mahogany I had lying around. I cobbled together a quick and dirty box joint jig and it seems to have worked rather well.

"I really like the Mahogany"

As a little kid, probably 8 years old or so, I had a small piece of Mahogany maybe 5 x 6 inches 1/2 inch thick. I must have sanded, polished and refinished that piece 10 times just to see that beautiful grain, look and shine. Your pictures reminded me of that wood.
Your box looks great!
