The wood this was turned from was scrap cutoffs laying around the bandsaw. I have to go through those cutoffs to decide what is usable and what is not. Glad I decided this wood was. It did have some minor cracks after drying that I filled with the dust from it's turning and clear glue. You can still see them but I can't feel them. Sanded it to 800 and this time I broke away my usual finishes and used a walnut oil based friction polish. The diameter is 4 1/2" and total height is 4 1/4". The vessel height is 2 3/4" and the depth is 1 3/4". The volume measures at about 1 cup. Hopes ya likes it! :D
